- Breakfast included in the price served directly on the veranda of the room

- Daily room cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price
- Bed linen is replaced every 3 days
- The early change on request has a cost of 8 euros for the double bed and 5 euros for the single
- Room cleaning is guaranteed by 12 noon
- Tourist tax for the municipality of Otranto of euro 1,5 per day per person for a maximum of 7 nights
